This 18.2-hectare workers’ housing development in Tom Burke, Limpopo Province, is planned to be delivered in five phases. The masterplan includes a petrol station, supermarket, garage store facilities, a hotel, and six types of residential cottages, creating a comprehensive and self-sufficient living environment.
