Bekal Resort, Kerala, India, Renovation project with BCI, Australia, 2022

This project involves the renovation of an existing resort in Kerala, India, set across a 13-hectare site. The scope includes the reconstruction of 18 existing buildings, alongside the development of 40 new lagoon-facing cottages. The project also introduces a comprehensive masterplan, including the redesign of the site layout, beachfront, arrival experience, and the addition of a helipad.
