Private house, 120 m2, Lviv, 2025

This project envisions a refined private residence set on a sloping site near a picturesque forest in Lviv. The main entrance is located on the first floor; however, благодаря careful terracing of the site, the living area on the upper level opens onto a spacious mezzanine, enhancing the connection between interior and landscape. With a total area of 120 m², the layout is thoughtfully organized into distinct zones, allowing for a high level of comfort and privacy for both parents and children when needed. The minimalist architectural language is designed to integrate seamlessly with the natural surroundings, gently complementing the landscape.
