Livka Bay Resort, Solta Island, Dalmatian Coast, Croatia, project made with BCI, Australia, 2023

This 82-hectare resort development on the island of Šolta, Croatia, is planned across three construction phases. The project integrates a hotel complex with its own restaurant and beach club, luxury villas, a marina accommodating up to 120 yachts, as well as cafés, retail spaces, and staff residences. The masterplan is carefully designed to preserve and incorporate the existing olive grove, maintaining a strong connection to the natural landscape.
