This residential development in Truro, Canada, comprises over 100 private homes of various types, along with two apartment buildings totaling 200 units, including office and commercial spaces. The primary objective was to maximize the advantages of the natural landscape, ensuring optimal conditions for each housing type. The project includes a mix of large detached houses, semi-detached homes, and terraced units, all carefully designed to maintain privacy while achieving a high standard of living.
