Our team includes urban planners, architects, and project managers. We collaborate with the Australian multidisciplinary consultancy Peverett Property, working alongside a team of specialist consultants in hospitality design, technology solutions, infrastructure development, and sustainability.

Eco-village complex "Sensitive Community Village", 1st phase of construction, The Carpathian Mountains, 2026
Sensitive Community Village (SCV) is an innovative residential and social project in Ukraine designed as a new generation of autonomous eco-settlements. Unlike traditional housing developments, it focuses on building a holistic ecosystem that integrates nature, community development, and financial sustainability. The design prioritizes "dignity and comfort," using eco-friendly materials and integrating modern architecture with the natural Carpathian landscape.

Private house, 120 m2, Lviv, 2025
This project envisions a refined private residence set on a sloping site near a picturesque forest in Lviv. The main entrance is located on the first floor; however, благодаря careful terracing of the site, the living area on the upper level opens onto a spacious mezzanine, enhancing the connection between interior and landscape. With a total area of 120 m², the layout is thoughtfully organized into distinct zones, allowing for a high level of comfort and privacy for both parents and children when needed. The minimalist architectural language is designed to integrate seamlessly with the natural surroundings, gently complementing the landscape.

Livka Bay Resort, Solta Island, Dalmatian Coast, Croatia, project made with BCI, Australia, 2023
This 82-hectare resort development on the island of Šolta, Croatia, is planned across three construction phases. The project integrates a hotel complex with its own restaurant and beach club, luxury villas, a marina accommodating up to 120 yachts, as well as cafés, retail spaces, and staff residences. The masterplan is carefully designed to preserve and incorporate the existing olive grove, maintaining a strong connection to the natural landscape.

Corporate holiday hotel with pool and spa, Kyiv, 2019
Сorporate holiday home is located on the берег of a lake in the Kyiv region. The project includes a 50-meter swimming pool, a sauna and spa complex, as well as four hotel rooms, creating a comfortable and well-balanced environment for relaxation and retreat.

The need to relocate the kitchen and introduce an additional bedroom led to the creation of a highly functional layout. In this design, the kitchen becomes an integral element that shapes the space around the accent core of the entrance area. Functionality and aesthetics define the essence of this project.

Private house, 80 m2, Lviv, 2025
Compact House Project - 80 m², near the forest in Lviv This compact house is carefully designed to open toward the surrounding forest, creating a unique atmosphere of harmony between living space and nature. Generous roof overhangs provide protection and comfort in all weather conditions. The spatial efficiency is enhanced by a mezzanine level above the ground-floor bedrooms, allowing for a more dynamic and flexible use of space. At the basement level, the house includes a shelter, an element that has, unfortunately, become essential in residential design during the current wartime context. The project is currently under construction.

The primary challenge lies in working within the constraints of the existing layout, where opportunities for structural changes are limited. The design approach focuses on carefully adapting the spatial concept and enhancing the interior through refined material selection, atmosphere, and detailing, transforming constraints into a cohesive and contemporary living environment.

This cottage complex, comprising 70 villas along with commercial facilities, is located on a picturesque hillside near Bambolim Bay in North Goa, India. The development brings together villas of varying sizes and categories, creating a diverse and well-balanced residential environment. Each residence offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
