Private pool and spa with lakefront guest rooms. The building complex includes a 25-meter swimming pool, saunas and a spa, as well as 3 guest rooms. The facade is made of concrete and corten steel.

The interior has an open view of the lake, along with the pool there is vertical landscaping with overhead natural lighting. The house uses heat pumps for heating, as well as solar electric panels.
